Karin Leone is a double board certified cosmetic and paramedical tattoo artist, and licensed medical esthetician, and has been making people feel beautiful for over 20 years! Karin offers services for permanent eyebrows, microblading, permanent lip blush and lipstick color, scar, burn, and stretch mark treatment, scar camouflage, scalp micropigmentation, & areola restoration, as well as anti-aging and skin care remedies such as dermaplaning, facials, chemical peels, and microneedling.
Leone began working in the medical industry in 1991 as a Registered Medical Assistant, with a focus on Cosmetic Dermatology. Karin completed two preceptorships and obtained her permanent makeup certification in 1999 through the American Institute of Intradermal Cosmetics in Arlington, TX. She is also a licensed Facial Specialist. Over the years, Karin has continued honing her craft, learning and mastering the many new and exciting advanced permanent makeup techniques. It is through Karin's extensive medical and cosmetic background, that she is able to perform these cosmetic procedures without compromising client care.

I am in search of my right (or left) hand person!
My ideal candidate is a highly creative, multitalented people person with a great sense of humor and compassion. I am seeking the perfect someone to help schedule and confirm appointments, take payment, help manage social media content, respond to messages, nurture client relations and close sales.
Additionally they will help prep clients for their procedures by taking photos, applying numbing cream and mapping the brows (I will teach you all you need to know!)
Experience is great, but character is MUCH MORE important. I am willing to train the right candidate.

JOB DETAILS
Hourly position, starting at $15/hr plus sales commission
PT/FT - open to discussion
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule, confirm and manage appointments using DaySmart Scheduling POS
- Answer calls
- Create and post social media content
- Take photos and videos for social media content
- Order supplies
- Respond to social media comments and messages
- Actively pursue and close online and phone sales
- Take client before and after photos
- Ensure that clients complete all necessary paperwork
- Apply topical anesthetic prior to procedure
- Map brows/lips prior to procedure
- Take and record payment
MUST-HAVES
- Must be adept at social media, particularly Instagram and Facebook
- Have warm, inviting telephone voice
- Schedule efficiently and adhere to schedule guidelines
- Excellent verbal communication and grammar skills
- Trustworthy and responsible
- Problem-solving skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Reliable transportation
- Act and dress professionally including hair and makeup
- Be informed about our services so you can address questions, comments, or concerns by clients in regards to the service
- Mature, stable, and calm under pressure
- Greet clients with a warm welcome. Treat everyone like your BFF!
- Willing to learn our sales process to close phone & in-person sales
- Experience with Acuity POS software is a plus
- Spanish speaking is a BIG PLUS!
