Life is hard! We have all have days when we feel broken. Like we have lost our Mojo. I help my clients get their mojo back! It is not just about eyebrows. It's about making a real human connection. Clients often find their way to me when they are in transition...newly widowed or divorced, empty nesters, cancer survivors. They need to feel beautiful again. Ready to face what tomorrow will bring. Sometimes we need someone else to remind us how fierce and amazing we are. I want every client to leave here feeling beautiful and empowered, and that they have a new friend. 

At Mojo Master Beauty Rehab, the transformation goes much deeper than skin deep. We help our clients feel beautiful inside and out. This is not "just a job" for me. It is a passion. 

I am looking to build my tribe of kindred spirits. I want to assemble a team of gifted artists that are deeply committed to the service they provide and remembering their "why". Someone who leads with LOVE, and is also great at what they do, and committed to continually growing!  Skills are important but heart and the right attitude means more to me.

I am in search of my right (or left) hand person!

My ideal candidate is a highly creative, multitalented people person with a great sense of humor and compassion. I am seeking the perfect someone to help schedule and confirm appointments, take payment, help manage social media content, respond to messages, nurture client relations and close sales. 

Additionally they will help prep clients for their procedures by taking photos, applying numbing cream and mapping the brows (I will teach you all you need to know!) 

Experience is great, but character is MUCH MORE important. I am willing to train the right candidate.

JOB DETAILS

Hourly position, starting at $15/hr plus sales commission

PT/FT - open to discussion

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule, confirm and manage appointments using DaySmart Scheduling POS
• Answer calls
• Create and post social media content
• Take photos and videos for social media content
• Order supplies
• Respond to social media comments and messages
• Actively pursue and close online and phone sales
• Take client before and after photos
• Ensure that clients complete all necessary paperwork
• Apply topical anesthetic prior to procedure
• Map brows/lips prior to procedure
• Take and record payment

MUST-HAVES

• Must be adept at social media, particularly Instagram and Facebook
• Have warm, inviting telephone voice 
• Schedule efficiently and adhere to schedule guidelines
• Excellent verbal communication and grammar skills 
• Trustworthy and responsible 
• Problem-solving skills and multi-tasking abilities
• Reliable transportation
• Act and dress professionally including hair and makeup
• Be informed about our services so you can address questions, comments, or concerns by clients in regards to the service 
• Mature, stable, and calm under pressure 
• Greet clients with a warm welcome. Treat everyone like your BFF!
• Willing to learn our sales process to close phone & in-person sales 
• Experience with Acuity POS software is a plus 
• Spanish speaking is a BIG PLUS!

• Taken certified course in the fundamentals of brows, lips and eyeliner
• Has 1+ yr. or experience w/ portfolio & references
• Board certified, or willing to take exam by SPCP, AAM
• Microblading is a bonus. 
• Spanish speaking would be incredible.
